John joined the firm as a clerk in 2022 and quickly found his niche. John has worked on complex lawsuits regarding a variety of maritime and non-maritime issues—including allisions, collisions, Longshore Act claims, toxic torts, Jones Act negligence, unseaworthiness, maintenance and cure, regulatory compliance, employment regulations, and legal malpractice. He has experienced both the trial and appeal process, from the filing of the first pleadings all the way to briefs on appeal.
