Since 1976, Bob has tried a wide range of cases in 13 states, represented clients in diverse transactions, and counseled clients through challenging circumstances.

Bob’s knowledge, developed from decades of maritime litigation, is unmatched. Clients, members, and associates alike find themselves seeking Bob’s thoughts on complex questions in a variety of practice areas. Bob’s practice has taken him across the country to handle complex and diverse legal issues. During his career Bob once achieved the rare accomplishment of obtaining five consecutive defendant’s jury verdicts in Jones Act trials.  Bob has addressed the legal needs of our clients in a variety of state and federal trial and appellate courts, spanning the country. In addition to navigating complex litigation, Bob has counseled clients in business transactions, regulatory compliance, and insurance coverage.
