Lucas joined the firm as a clerk in 2023, and now meets our clients’ needs as an attorney working on admiralty and maritime claims as well as a variety of litigation. A graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Law, Lucas took part in the law school’s competition trial advocacy program. Lucas remains passionate about advocacy in the courtroom and out.

Since joining the firm in 2023, Lucas has developed his knowledge of maritime and admiralty law, working on cases involving Jones Act negligence, unseaworthiness, maintenance and cure, allisions, collisions, and claims under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Act.
