Daryl Sohn practiced for more than 45 years as a trial and transaction lawyer, principally involving maritime issues. He now focuses on drafting contracts governing marine business transactions and marine construction. Daryl’s work covers a broad geographic area, including the entire inland river system and Gulf Coast.
