Whether navigating state or federal courts in a trial or appellate setting, Giles delivers sophisticated strategies that fit the needs of every client and situation.
Giles has trial experience in a variety of state and federal courts, litigating workers’ injuries, marine property damage cases, insurance disputes, and other significant matters in the marine context and on land.
Just like our founding members at Goldstein and Price, Giles has taken the time to thoroughly understand our clients’ operations and the environments in which they conduct business. Giles has a deep understanding of this nation’s waterways, the entities that navigate and regulate them, and the complex laws that govern everything that moves on them. Giles uses his understanding of the day-to-day work done by fleeting vessels, deckhands, barge line operators, terminal facilities, and others on the river to successfully advocate for his clients’ interests in and out of the courtroom.
