Giles B. Howard

As a maritime lawyer, Giles has recovered millions of dollars for both injured individuals and corporate clients. He has successfully litigated complex maritime cases in state and federal courts throughout the country for both plaintiffs and defendants.

In addition to litigating maritime cases throughout the country, Giles also represents defendants and plaintiffs in both insurance coverage litigation and legal malpractice actions. Giles handles matters at both the trial and appellate level, and has practiced before the Supreme Court of the United States and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, and Eighth Circuits.

Giles is an aggressive and professional litigator who prioritizes hard work and client communication. Outside of the office, Giles’s activities include spending time with his family, coaching admiralty moot court, and supporting veterans charities in Missouri.
